At all times AIBP aims for the highest standards of product safety and quality.

 

 

To ensure that these standards are met, and to satisfy statutory and customer requirements, we operate a Quality Management System which incorporates a Food Safety Programme based on the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).

Our aim is to assure the integrity of all livestock procurements and to ensure that all livestock are treated compassionately and in accordance with best animal welfare standards at all times. AIBP employees undergo an intensive training programme to ensure they are qualified to fulfil their duties in a safe working environment and staff facilities are provided and maintained so as to ensure the welfare of our employees.

Our strict process controls ensure meat is processed, stored and transported in hygienic conditions by trained personnel.We are committed to continuously improving our standards in response to new technology to remain at the forefront of our industry.
