Harmony Farm
Guaranteed tender succulent and flavoursome. Harmony Farm cattle graded for further processing are selected only from AIBP Farm Assured beef breeds. Harmony Farm beef is produced to a specific regime which consistently achieves a tender eating quality.

Irish Nature
A 'Guarantee' of quality beef. Irish Nature beef is tender, succulent and flavoursome that's guaranteed. Irish Nature cattle are selected, graded and processed through a naturally unique system. Irish Nature beef and its history is fully traceable back to the individual farms - part of the AIBP Farm Assurance Scheme.

Hereford Prime
Ireland with its abundance of lush green grass is ideal for the production of quality Hereford Cattle - a traditional beef breed of renowned distinction. Hereford Prime Cattle are selected from this herd on strict criteria. The unique taste of Hereford Prime Beef is enhanced by its natural marbling. This fine marbling is the distinguishing feature of Hereford Beef and is the key to its juiciness and flavour.

A specially developed range covering, Round & Roasting Cuts (tender and juicy for slow tasty roasting) succelent steaks (Rib-eyes to remember, discerning Sirloins and delightful Fillet Mignon) Carvery Cuts (for a busy lunch or relaxed family meal) and much more. Drumlin Gold Beef is processed at Europe's newest and most high tech production facility at AIBP Clones.
